STILL Smoking?

I understand it isn’t easy to quit…smoking is not only a physical addiction (though there are those who would argue it isn’t) but also extremely important is addressing the PSYCHOLOGICAL ADDICTION. I am a firm believer in behaviour modification to quit smoking and my 85% success rate would seem to back me up! My program (both in-office and now take-home) physically weans you from your daily habit and addresses your own individual triggers to eliminate them. Ignoring the negative psychological habit only sets you up for possible failure in whatever stop smoking method you use because you can be easily triggered back into smoking…perhaps through stress, or a myriad of other negative emotions that remain unresolved.
