Conditioning In Your Subconscious Mind

Just how “conditioned” are you?  The truth is that 95% (or more) of your day runs from existing programs/beliefs/conditioning in your subconscious mind.  We are seldom consciously mindful, but it is certainly something to aim for daily.  An interesting example of conditioning was experienced by a friend who was going through a bank’s drive thru ATM with her 2 and 3 year old in the back seat.  As soon as she pulled up, the 3 year old called out “Mommy…a chocolate Timbit please…I’ve been a good girl.”  My friend began to explain that she was at a bank and couldn’t order food, when her 2 year old called out “Fries please Mommy!”  It is interesting to note that these children do not often frequent fast food restaurants, but they already knew what to expect at a drive thru.  Conditioning.  You have been programmed since you were in the womb…mostly through your parents’ beliefs.  Ask yourself, how much of what you do and say is based upon their beliefs…now ask yourself, if it is really what you agree with…or does your conditioning just have you operating automatically without real thought.

Change your beliefs and you change your reality.  So if things don’t seem to be working out for you right now…look at what you are doing and ask yourself why you continue to do it.  Change doesn’t have to be difficult, nor does reprogramming/changing your beliefs.  Meet the challenge and Release the Fear.   Be Confident…the life you want is just before you!Finding Courage
