We all are pretty much aware that getting outside and being close to nature and enjoying it in some way will reduce stress.  But did you realize that a recent study has proven that just gazing out on green trees and parkland etc from your office window will also drastically reduce your stress levels!  Nature has a very calming effect upon the brain.  So if you can’t actually get outside, spend your lunch hour or a coffee break, just looking at a tree and reduce your stress!
